Thomas' Restaurant & Bar established in 1982, is a forerunner of the Manayunk renaissance and remains the oldest casual fine dining establishment on Main Street. The dinner selections are a reflection of Executive Chef Michael Bell's culinary creativity, offering a global cuisine with Asian and French influences. Chef Bell is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is 1 of 12 American chefs invited each year to attend the Beringer Vineyards School for American Chefs in California.
